I had long thought that there is a curious and ignored implication to the notion that certain attributes of a person ought to be shamed because it was deemed favorable by others.
SJW: Checking your privilege daily is necessary for straight, white, cis, men like yourself because you need to know how you benefit from society's expectations of you when other people do not.
